Have enjoyed catching up with everybody. This bad weather has brought on Raynauds again. Can't feel my hands most of time. What I hate most is thinking I have a bowl of Hot water to wash my hair in and then discovering it's luke warm! Also keep burning myself because by the time I realise I'm touching the hotplate or oven it's too late. Does any body have any ideas to help?

Agree with Christine have you thought about wearing gloves when you are near the stove / oven. I remember my mother had Raynauds and was always with burn marks, now my Dad does the cooking!
