Help in Long Eaton Nottingham

Can anyone tell me is there is a support group in the Long Eaton area of Nottingham. Only I am new to this and have had medical problems of all types and recently got over two emergency life saving operations that took a year to get over and lost my job through it and then was told that I had Fibromyalga. Doctor is slowly trying to help me but thought a support group would be good.

The only one i know if is the city hosp on a sat but not every sat u wuld have to look into this i live in hucknall and have been a few times good luck x
