Currently the Fibro is having a field day and has assisted in popping my Sacroiliac Joint out, so here lies me - laid up with a top up of Diazepan and Anti-Inflammatory patches along with the usual Tramadol. Anyone else suffer the delights of joints going ping?

Sacroiliac Joint Pain
Are you hypermobile? It's a risk factor for developing Fibro so very common.
I am hypermobile and I find that a flare in myofascial symptoms can pull my joints out of place. My MFR therapist is excellent (she trains with very good osteopaths so she's a lot more than a typical massage therapist). Only last week I had a Fibro flare that I thought was due to putting my neck out. She diagnosed that I had actually put my pelvis out of alignment, which was stressing my back and neck (and thus causing a Fibro flare). I don't know what I'd do without her!
hi there i had injections put into my sacro iliac joints tricky procedure has to be done in theatre so doc can see on screen where exactly the injections should go this was last july i see him again next week .those injections did not help me at all i am still in so much pain mornings are the worst even before i get out of bed the pain is so great I am wondering what he will do next xx
Hi there I've had trouble since my daughter was born. I have a brilliant chiropractor who puts me in very strange positions with my legs but it really makes a difference and I dont have to go back for a while until it pops out again. Finding the right physio or chiropractor is the secret but you also have to manage what you do for your join to stay in place. I have home help now because doing the housework was making it worse. Also wearing a belt around your hips helps to keep it in place when walking, or exercising (personal relationship included lol ) Good luck
i too have at last found a really good chiro. well two in the same practice. my hip has dropped and fallen forward...joy. and i have no cartridge between the pubic bones at the front either... double joy, or between eithr S joints. though they are working on it [and all the rest of the out of line bits of me] i did discover that if i sleep with the leg thats attatched to the duff hip bent up with pillows and the foot wedged under my other knee i actually wake up with out the incredible screaming excruciating pain in my hip that welcomed dawn in every morning... however it is easing now with treatment. just wish you could get it on the national health as the chiro route is very expensive. they expect to see you twice a week while you are acute..... so thats me there for the rest of the year. and its £30 per sess.... so thats me totally broke and begging rellys for help for the rest of the year too... but they did an xray of my pelvis for me for £30 and believe me it was well worth it. doc has never offered.just to know for def that it was really a grinding bone on bone pain and not my imagination.....
