Sorry Foggy, I cannot see the picture today! I am testing the new beta system and I appear to have a lack of any and all pictures at the moment! Typical!

Hi Ken those of us who are trialling this site have not been able to see the the pictures for 3 or 4 days. I could on the first day but not since, I have sent messages about it but no joy, Hugs sue

I have reported that many of us on the new beta system are having problems and I have highlighted what the problems are? I have given them the page links whereby they can see what we are seeing so they will know that we are not getting pictures etc.
Hopefully they can get the teething troubles sorted quickly!

I was thinking about trying the new system so perhaps I leave it a bit. The fox looks happy but bird not so good.

You are `invited` to take part via E mail. At the moment I feel as though I have been invited to a mental torture party.
So glad to see Ken is now with us. Hopefully he can go through routes that we do not have access to.

Please can you click on the lightbulb in the bottom right of your screen
to give direct feedback to HU.
If you click on the lightbulb and where it says send message you can let them no about your technical problems.
Hope this helps you and it is a Beta glitch but important that we report feedback direct to HU

Hellotieredalot. I got half of your message on E mail but can`t get it on this flipping site. The page keeps crashing. sometimes I can get sometimes not.
Emma is not available at the moment. But Ken has just joined us and I am hoping that he can act as go between, If he is willing,. As from what I have seen the biggest problem we are having at the moment is lack of communication between the guinie pigs and the scientists.

Having the same problems sue
have you alerted HU through using the lightbulb in the bottom right of your screen. If you click on that and where it says send message you can let them no about your technical problems.

Hi Sian Tried that and got an Email message back That went all round the wreakin and left me confoosed as to weather they were doing any thing or if they wanted me to do some thing else.

I keep a page open to save the hassle but if you're at work I suppose you can't really can you
I always reply back to their e-mails to alert them that I have tried troubleshooting and the problem is still there.
It is important to do that or they will think you don't have a problem anymore!
They are Beta glitches but it will iron out so although inconvenient and frustrating I think we need a bit of patieince I've never been good with having patience

Thanks, I have managed to send feedback hopefully it will get sorted soon. Your right if I am on during work I can't always keep the page open It is interesting that mayrose54 can get more from the arrow beside posts than I can, but I can pm and several others can't.

It is the arrow beside the recommend box. at the bottom of reply`s that I can get Edit, Delete and Report.

Have you clicked on help and looked at editing on there. I got lost before I was half way down. So where it said did you find this helpful I ticked NO
And I can see us having to explain to any one new just what the flipping arrows are for

OK this is my third attempt to answer you I tried your suggestion, no luck, I still can't edit. Going to throw in the towel and head to bed computers and me have an agreement to gate each other, I use it for work but would not say I an literate in them. Night and hugs.

Foggy so cool my mum saw a fox limping across the top of our field out the back of our house and he limped slowly into the area that all the rabbits eat from and you know he suddenly go well just goes to show how a fox can fool us. Im sure that that particular fox is pet but still an unusual picture. lol

Hi guys we seem to be inundating HU with the same problems . Can we get together and make a list of the most important ones and they will be sorted.
So Jilly you canot see pictures and cannot report spam I think this is the general problem.
I have been reporting it for the last week and I am assured if we are patient it will come to pass.
I dont get the edit button any others who havent got the facility?
We must first of course send reports to HU if that doesnt work come to me and I will try and make a difference

Well, 3 hours later and not one bit of sleep has been achieved, think I will give up ! The doglets are cheering me on, though Mr B only has half an ear open, and Poppie is doing yoga for dogs, and using me as her relaxation mat ..... Odd doglet I say
