Do you mean DLA .. That changed to PIP officially on June 10th .. If you have an exisiting award for dla if its indefinite and has been for longer than 5 years you should be assessed for PIP around October 2015 if its a fairly new indefinite award then it should be after the longer term indefinites ... If its not indefinite .. Then I don't think anyone knows ... It's a bit of a shambles ....

Agreed, for existing indefinite awards the earliest they intend to start re-assessments is October 2015. a bit of a respite hopefully, anyone else should be given a date for a future re-assessment. But knowing this Govt anything could change.

i wonder if Pip and universal credits tech workers are still not working due to comp program being rubbish and never working correctly. I think pip and uni cred will be left as a passover to the next soon government who hopefully just leave it as a grandfathered project,

Well they have refused to receive new claims for DLA now allegedly so they must be accepting PIP forms .... Not heard of anyone yet trying to claim pip on here yet though..

I sent my DLA last week for renewel ! God I hope they don't say its too late , it took me ages to fill it in !!!!!!!!!!!!!??????????????

If they sent you the renewal form you should be ok . It's totally new claims for DLA that now have to be PIP.. From 10th June....At least that's the public statement .... I haven't met anyone yet who has filled in a PIP form .

I have just had review papers sent to me last week and they were DLA not PIP which I thought was a bit odd since now PIP is supposed to be in force now. I would say I am supprised but nothing about the claim process suprises me anymore.
