The time was right 😢

So last night, my partner and I made the decision to say ‘see you soon’ to our gorgeous little pea, we lost our precious one 4 weeks ago, at just 6 weeks, but after years of trying, failed ivf cycles and a horrible episode of severe ohss, we needed to find some closure. We know that we will never forget, and the pain will stay with me forever, but we finally found a moment for us to reflect and say what needed to be said. We managed to get away for a short weekend trip to our favourite place in the world, a beach in Cornwall, and last night sent a balloon up over the ocean with a message from us both on it. A very sad moment, but one I feel will help us both in our journey forward. As we left Cornwall this morning for our 6 hour drive home, this gorgeous rainbow came up over the hill, lil one was saying “see you both soon”, I’m safe now
