Hello again

Since I havent got any reply for my past post I gonna ask again when would be the best time for starting ubiquinol for the first time?! After period or diring ovulation or...? I also wanted to know if it is normal that on the ubiquinol300mg that I bought is written that its good for heart muscles!! Is that the right one that I got? Its the gelly form as well!

I took it continuously for about 4 months between my two IVF cycles. I'm almost 20 weeks pregnant following my second round.

I think mine said it was good for the heart on the bottle too!

Just start taking it now, i took it a few months before my IVF cycle, retrieved 27 eggs and had a positive test from my FET beginning of October, I took 600 mg xxx

Congratulation dear❤️Hope everything goes in the perfect way for u and your baby🌹🌹.I just started yesterday with 300mg and I dont know yet my amh amount! Did u take twice a day or 2 at the same time? Is it written that its good for heart muscles too or not?

I just took two at the same time, as well as vitamin D and a prenatal.... Yep I think most people will take it for that but it has a few other benefits :). My AMH was high for my age and also had an antral follicle count of 42 when I started so I'm sure all these things helped xxxx

Though I will go for 600mg too Im taking pregnacare before conception as well but nothing extra. Hope this time it works coz I really dont know what else I can do!

Hi you make ubiquinol in your body when you get older the body produces less Ubiquinol is for protecting cells so its good for your whole body not just fertility, free radicals suck energy from cells which leaves them basically useless. So ubiquional gives free radicals energy and protects the cells, I use 600mg and I started using PQQ aswel which makes new mitchondria which powers cells 20mg, I take other stuff too Ive looked into like royal jelly, maca, dhea, & vits. God knows if theyre actually working Im onto month 3 I've had 2 miscarriages I need my eggs as healthy as possible (natural conception). You tube COQ10/Ubiquinol &PQQ

Thank u so much for giving me such a good info and helping me to figure out with supplements❤️🤗. Im using 600 as well and pregnacare too! Here in Sweden, they even dont know what this is! But I dont care and just gonna continue with these. Im also starting acupuncture by the end of this month! God bless us in our tough way🙌.

No problem I just googled and watched you tube vids, my doctor didnt know what dhea and ubiquinol was but Im taking them off my own research.
