So I can’t beleive what happened at our 7 week scan today and now I’m terrified. So 2 blastos put back one a 4AA and the other a Blasto 1, which I thought meant it wasn’t very good, so was surprised to see 2 sacs and 2 heartbeats 147 and 149. One baby looked smaller than the other but I was assured they are pretty much the same size. We just couldn’t get a clear picture of the 2nd on the screen. Judging by what I was told there’s no reason for concern at the moment but I can’t shake that worryied feeling. Can I have some lovely healthy twin stories and reassurances please?

Aww congratulations I had 2 blasts put back in the summer and Im now expecting twin boys Im due in just over 6 weeks i wish you all thr best xx

Oh fab can you recall the grade of your embryos? Can I ask how old you are and has your pregnancy been plain sailing? x

I dont remember the grade of them but the clinic said they were as advanced as they could be and one was already hatching in the lab before being transferred. Im 32 yrs old and the pregnancy has been going well just feeling usual tiredness on iron tablets but both boys growing well Im having more scans due to being twins are u feeling pregnant yet? Xx

Yes very. I feel much more tired and sick than I did with my son which they say is typical with twins. I am 39 years old .... we didn’t mean to wait this long I had my son at 34 after trying for years then it’s taken another 3 to get here. I think a combination of my age and the quality of the second embryo at transfer is making me a bit nervous.

I forgot how nerve wracking getting to all the milestones is and now with having 2 to worry about.....

Hi I had two put back and they both took. At first scan a test EPU only one heart beat was there and there as an empty sac. When I went to clinic scan the following week there were two heart beats! Try not to worry - it’s great that you’ve seen the heart beats! We had our 12 week scan this week and one was more difficult to see than the other but all was well, we are told. Xx

I have twins on the way and one was smaller than the other was told it normal in multiple pregnancy . My baby girls are now estimated to be a pound and a pound and a half 24 weeks pregnant . Xx
