I'm having a wobble, I know I've read that you sometimes get spotting but I was hopeing I wouldn't .

I'm 5days past 5 day transfer, and just went to the loo and have a slight bit of brown discharge in knickers , nothing when I wipe though. I'm really panicking now .

Sorry to hear this - have you phoned the clinic for their advice? Hope you're doing ok.

Hey

I had massive show of brown which is when I think I felt a sharp pang and that was implantation. After that it slowed to being very minimal, then once after I got my BFP it came back even now at 11 w 4 days I still get it, even had a bleeds at 9w.

Try not to panick as it is not always bad newest his I learnt from my experience.

Legs up try to rest and read a good bookworm watch a film, keep hydrated.

Wishing you luck xx

Hi, I wrote my opinion on another thread I guess. So this is how they explained the occurrence of brown discharge in Biotexcom clinic, where we passed DE IVF treatment 1.5 years ago.

Brown discharge is discharge tinged with old blood. And women possibly fear, if they’re pregnant. For whatever reason, some blood in your uterus took longer to come out. And as it gets older, it turns brown. That means you end up with either brown spotting or a brownish-colored discharge. The meaning of it is the following. If you’re pregnant, brown discharge more than likely does not mean something is wrong with you or your baby. In most cases, it’s completely harmless. The most common cause here is IRRITATION. As you know, the surge of hormones and increased blood flow to the cervix can make it SUPER-SENSITIVE when you’re expecting!! Sometimes sexual intercourse or a pelvic exam can aggravate your cervix, resulting in a bit of brown discharge or even light spotting.

I believe there is nothing to worry about, but agree women write often about it. Wish you all the best of luck Xx
