bleeding 3 weeks after mva

Hi I had an mva procedure 3 weeks ago due to a blighted ovum x without going into too much detail my experiance following finding out about my miscarriage has been awful x I have eventually more or less stopped bleeding with only a little brown discharge until today x I had quite bad cramping then stood up and could feel the urge of needing to go to the loo. Xx when I got there I passed what I can only describe a like a Tumor like peice of flesh oval shaped x once passed pain subsided but am now bleeding x what could this be??? And is this normal ??
