Impryl and other supplements

Looking for people who have taken impryl ahead of egg collection. I’m currently taking Inessa pregnancy supplement, if I take impryl I’m not sure if I am over doing it by taking both but Impryl doesn’t to my knowledge contain vitamin D for example. So I am wondering if anyone has advice on taking too much folic acid for example (which would be the case if I take both) or if anyone has had a multivitamin regime that worked well in their view with Impryl.

Hi. I would only take vitamins etc if recommended by your clinic. You need folic acid and vitamins and perhaps a good quality preconception multivitamin sensible diet too. Good luck Diane

There are some things that you can’t take impyrl with as they counteract each other (so wasting your money) so I would just double check that. For instance you can’t take coq10 at the same time. I tried impyrl instead of coq10 but wasn’t a very good cycle. I changed back to coq10 but a higher dose alongside a pregnacare multivitamin and extra vitamin D for my last cycle and that seemed to help (currently 15 weeks) my consultant had recommended the impyrl though so it must be good for some people xx
