I'm just getting prepared for 3rd FET transfer on Tuesday. I'm on the progesterone pessaries only. My Day 3 progesterone levels came back at 38 (should be between 30 to 40). I've been told to continue pessaries and to take lubion if I want to. I was wondering if anyone else only used progesterone pessaries and not the lubion and what the results were from this?
Many thanks xx

Hi, I’ve used both. We had a successful cycle on a round without using lubion (although in our case I think that wasn’t the deciding factor). As your result was well within range and towards the higher end I personally wouldn’t bother with the lubion, but if you’re anxious about not taking it then I was told it won’t do any harm xx
Thanks so much That's good to know. I was worried about lubion as I had been on both for my first FET but the lining shed before I made it to the transfer. So a bit more cautious now. What do you think was the deciding factor on your cycle that worked?
Ah that makes sense. I’ve never bled until stopping the medication so I can see why you’d feel cautious. I’d try to be reassured by the comfortable test results but if it really worries you then maybe add an injection every couple of days or soMething? The cycle I did with lubion I was really sick so mg dr said to drop it down to that alongside the cyclogest. I guess we never really know but I think it just came down to the embryo! Xx
I've had two successful pregnancies (well, the second is just 9 1/2 weeks, so I can't conclude 100% yet 😆) with pessaries (100mg x3) only, one FET and this lady one fresh, and hadn't even heard of infections before coming to this forum, so I wouldn't be worried 😊😊😊 Do you have natural FET or medicated FET?
Thanks Sun-and-rain 💕 Congrats on your pregnancy and best of luck. Hope everything goes smoothly. Makes me feel positive that the pessaries should be enough on their own. I'm having a medicated FET tomorrow xx
