Just wanted to post an update to say we had our viability scan today and saw a little bean and a heartbeat ๐ฅฐโฅ๏ธ
Measuring slightly behind (6+2 at 6+6) but doctor was confident that explains the initial first low beta test and likely just implanted a little later but we are going to have another scan in 10 days just for extra reassurance.
Thank you to all the lovely ladies who came to give me hope when I first posted about my low beta. Hopefully this one is a keeper ๐ค๐ป
Also I hope this post helps someone else in the future because I struggled to find any reassurance with consecutive IVF pregnancies where they had hugely different first betas. I had my daughter in September last year and my first beta was 956. This time around it was 86. So it just goes to show that every pregnancy, even with the same person can be very different.
Sending lots of love to everyone ๐

Yay so happy to see your update- what a big relief for you. ๐ Huge congratulations on passing this hurdle. ๐Every pregnancy is very different! ๐๐ป Xx
I can only imagine how happy you feel, congratulations! ๐ฅฐ For me nothing has been or is as hard as waiting for the viability scan which will be on the 22nd. The 2ww looks like a holiday compared to this ๐คฃ๐๐๐
Aw such lovely news well done! I was the other way round for this 2nd IVF pregnancy readings were higher from the get go ( now 32 weeks) but HCG can vary so much its the viability scans that matter. So pleased for you. I am due November. Its surreal when it works again isn't it. Good luck to other ladies going through IVF and those trying for a sibling. xx
