Does anyone know what probiotics clinics recommend after an EMMA test has concluded you don't have the appropriate microbiome? Are they oral or vaginal pessaries or both and if so does anyone know which brands they use? Thanks!!

Hi DW39,

It’s vaginal pessaries. I was advised to get gynolact which I got from Amazon.

Hope this helps. I had to take antibiotics first and then a course of gynolact. I had a repeat test due to the infection I had. My levels had come up but I was recommended a second course of gynolact xx

Thank you so much! Do you recall what/the name of the antibiotics they gave you? - ie wide ranging ones or a specific one. Am trying to figure out how accurately they can pinpoint the infection if there is one.

I took augmentin 3 times a day for 7 days. Then started gynolact the following day after completing the antibiotics
