I’m on a LOT of supplements, I take 9 vit tabs a day & 3 liquid supplements too. I feel like I’ve started & will carry on for a few cycles now to see if it helps. It comes with great cost though! I see a nutritionist who specialises in female hormones & fertility who has prescribed them based on blood levels from gp (she wrote to my gp requesting them). My period although regular and ovulating every month, used to spot brown for 2-5 days before coming on every month & that has stopped so I do feel it’s helped. Just hope it helps an embryo stick!

Can I ask what you’re on? I have terrible trouble between periods with mostly 5-7 but up to 10 days of brown spotting. I started taking a bunch of supplements several months ago. The spotting got worse but I was also taking Chinese herbs and I think they were the culprit. Xx

I cytoplan pregna-plan once per day, phospholipid complex once per day, magnesium 3 times a day, adhealth F 3times per day, fish oil 1tea spoon per day, vitamin E twice per day. Some of these were advised specifically for me following blood tests from my gp (my nutritionist wrote to my gp & they did all tests on nhs for me). I include more oily fish in my diet & iodine & have upped my fermented foods. Also cut out gluten 😢😢😢 SO HARD! Maybe speak to a nutritionist to make it more specific to you- I see ‘Rosie Life Nutrition’ based in Manchester but I’ve done everything via zoom & it’s works wonderfully. She specialises in women’s hormones & fertility. Maybe follow her on social media & see? X

Thank you 🙂 I don’t eat gluten anyway so at least that’s not an issue! Will take a look at some of those-I’m on most but not all xx

I have a polycystic ovary so I’ve just started taking Inofolic as recommended by my clinic. Magnesium can also help hormone regulation so worth looking into. X
