How long to use ubiquinol before ivf

Anyone take ubiquinol before ivf, for how long did you take it before ivf and what was the outcome

Hi lovely, I was too late starting for my ivf round..I had only been taking it 4 weeks. Sadly my fresh transfer in july failed . However continued to take it ( 400mg per day..i have really low AMH and I'm 37) and got a natural bfp in over a year at end of sept. They recommend taking for at least 3 months I think . Xxxx

I had been taking it for 2 months before my last cycle, I wasn't successful but my egg quality seemed to be better than the previous round. I am about to embark on another round and I will have been on it 4 months.. I think 3 months is ideal as that is the natural time it takes for our bodies to create eggs x

3 months but I just stay on it permanently!x

Outside IVF, Ubiquinol is recommended for healthy ageing and adding on more healthy years, so continuing at an affordable dose after birth is recommended x
