Had my 4AB embryo transferred today! Eek!

Right now I still can't believe I even got as far as my transfer day following an abandoned cycle back in August!! I had transferred this morning my 4AB embryo, I have 1 3BB now frozen and potentially a 2nd embryo to be frozen after the embryologist checks it's progress overnight tonight 🤞

Any tips from anyone for these post transfer days?

Update- I've just been informed our 3rd little embryo has made it too...so now we have 1 x 4AB and 1 x 4BB frozen!!

Warm socks and rest day of transfer! Eat warm foods like soup and teas! No sex and no orgasms until BFP. Think positive thoughts! Good luck!

Best of luck. Take it super easy, rest lots, gentle walks. I was told not to do any thing that would make me tired. I napped a lot and generally chilled out. Xx
