12dp5dt very faint positive

I should be excited this morning but can’t stop worrying. I tested this morning at 12dp5dt from a frozen cycle. It’s positive but the line is very faint. With my last pregnancy which ended in MC at 5 weeks by now the line was super dark. Am I worrying for nothing? Has anyone had something similar and gone on to have a successful pregnancy?

Hi Harlem,

Not personal experience but my friend didn’t get her BFP until 13dp5dt and it was fainter than that and she had a successful pregnancy. Try not to worry too much, a line is a line and there is no reason why it should end the same way it did last time. I know it’s hard, I’ve been through the same and you can’t help but worry! Congrats on your BFP xxx

Thanks KiboXX. I’ve had quite strong symptoms so I really thought it would be a strong positive. I’ll test again tomorrow and hope it gets darker.

Are you having a hcg beta? That’s the best way to tell xx

My official test day is tomorrow so I’ll ask when I call the clinic.

*UPDATE* so after still getting a faint positive this morning I had my beta and the results came back at 32.1 which my clinic says means positive. I’m so confused, I definitely thought I was out. The levels are still quite low. Has anyone had success with such low levels?
