Hi everyone! Hope you're all doing well. Has anyone heard of or tried this? It is meant to boost fertility levels....
Seed Cycling?: Hi everyone! Hope you're... - Fertility Network UK
Seed Cycling?
Yes! I did this at the recommendation of my acupuncturist to help balance my hormones for TTC. I did it for a few months along with fortnightly acupuncture, I got pregnant so seemed to work 🤷♀️ I found I also felt generally better with it (skin nicer, less tired). I carried it on throughout my pregnancy and even still do it most days now (my LO is 5 months old) for general health and to help get my cycle back on track for later.
I haven’t done this but it looks quite straight forward to do and seeds are super good for you regardless. Might give it a go between IVF cycles xx
Yes, I think I might give it a go too. Only thing is, sometimes too many seeds can cause constipation! 🤷♀️🙈
Haven’t had constipation myself with them, have they done that to you before? With the seeds you either blend them so they’re like powder (but you have to do this fresh every day) or you can soak them overnight (which is what I do). This makes them easier to digest and you get more of their goodness. I put them in my morning porridge but you could put them in anything. Good luck xx
What is it? X

Hi Lindt. Yes, I have heard of several ladies having a drink of these seeds in milk at night, coupled with acupuncture. Two I have heard who are pregnant, so might be worth a go. I can't see that it would cause any harm, but mention it to your specialist if you are having treatment/investigations. Diane
Thanks Diane, sounds interesting I’ll have to look it up!
