Waiting for treatment to restart at Edinburgh RI.

Hi, Has anyone out there awaiting the treatment starting back up in Edinburgh heard anything further to what is on their website. I just wish i knew if it will be weeks or months. Be grateful if anyone has any insider info.

I’m starting treatment for a FET next week. Last I heard they are starting with FETs and expect to get through them quite quickly. It’s purely because they are so much more straightforward and don’t need anaesthestists etc. They didn’t think full cycles would be far behind. I guess they’re not saying too much because it would be partly speculation for them as well at the moment. I see no harm in you giving them a call to find out it’s been a few weeks. That way you get the most up to date information from them directly. x

Thank you! Yeah i spoke to a Dr there today as my TSH has shot up a whole point since March and i tested positive for thyroid antibodies. Anyway I spoke to her abut that and then asked if she could give me any idea but she couldn't and seemed to be talking on a scale of month rather than weeks. Hope she's wrong. I wouldn’t pay too much attention they’re all speculating. We were told 2-3 months and then less than a week later we were told it was next week. It’s clearly chaos just now. The doctors are so far removed from the waiting list too they have no idea. Thank you. I hope you get better news soon. x

I’m still waiting for a call. I’m in the over 40’s group and my cycle was cancelled just before it started in April. Anyone heard anything?
