Access Fertility programs

Hi,

I’m new to this, just joined this morning. We are looking at the 2 cycle 50% refund IVF ICSI treatment. Has anyone else used this program that could offer some advice around the process?

Hi there, we also used access and found them very efficient and helpful to work with. We are on the 2 year guaranteed refund programme but not reached the end so I can’t comment on them actually paying money back. However to date we have found them excellent to work with and very straight forward. Everything is done via an online portal so you can track your progress (after an initial call) I believe your clinic may need to send them basic details like your AMH level which goes to their medical team for review. For us they were happy to use the info the clinic provided so there was no need for redoing tests or anything. But they talk you through all this and once you have signed something to say you are happy for clinic to share, all the admin etc is handled directly between clinic and Access. You don’t need to do anything. And then a few days later (possibly a week) you get confirmation if they are happy to accept you. They also confirm with the clinic. In terms of actual payments we made one payment to access and then have never had any involvement with money since. Everything is handled seamlessly between the clinic and Access in terms of invoicing etc. We found it very easy to work with. As I say, we are fortunately not at the stage where we need a refund so I can’t fairly comment on if/when/how they pay you back if you are sadly unsuccessful.

Hi,

We used them for a 3 cycle 100% refund package, it was a while ago, but from memory the application process was easy and they were quick to reach a decision.

We they just dealt with our clinic and only ever had to pay extra for meds or some additional testing.

I would highly recommend it as, for us, it took the financial stress out of the equation. Yes, it was a lot of money up front, but we used all 3 cycles plus 2 FETs and our last go has resulted in our little boy.

They have a fee structure for with and without ICSI. You pay more for the ICSI package but then are covered for all your rounds.

I used the 2 cycle programme with access fertility. They were very helpful and the clinic was very clued up on what it included... unfortunately It didn’t include icsi with my clinic, that was an extra £1200. However now sat here at 37 weeks pregnant waiting for my baby to arrive, so worth every penny. X
