Hi Eram,

I think I wrote a very similar post to this back in January as I was getting ready for my FET. Please know that it’s completely normal to feel anxious and nervous! None of those feelings will effect your transfer but I found it really helpful to do a bit of yoga every day, just try and not focus too much on the outcome and just focus on the next step. Good luck, got everything crossed for you xxx

I go out door running and changed my diet also me and my husband we take our little girl out on long walks and sight see which is helping... It's just when I'm sat on sofa at the end of the day when my daughter is in bed..the anxiety kicks in. 😐Xxx

That’s normal, don’t be hard on yourself. You’re doing great! When do you start your meds?x

Hiya, I start my meds next couple of months. Got consent signing on 27th this month. 😐 Xx

Hi Eram, exciting news that you have a new transfer coming up. Try to tell yourself that this is a new embryo and a new chance and lots to be positive about. I found listening to some relaxing music/meditation tape once a day really helped me as gave me a routine and something to look forward to. I’ll PM message you the details of the tape I used. I would also recommend being kind to yourself and proud that you have got to this stage.

I feel the same! I start my frozen cycle next week and I crippled with anxiety. I had a successful fresh last year but at 20 week scan found out our son had CDH. We lost him at 16 hour old 😔 so scared of history repeating itself x

Hi

I am also waiting to do my embryo transfer once the clinic resumes treatment.

I’m very anxious just trying to stay positive ! Unfortunately the first round was unsuccessful, so hoping for the best this time !

This time around I’m keeping positive ! The clinic suggested that before the embryo transfer they check my progesterone and of its low they will give me an extra shot in addition to lutigest.

I remember having a hot bath last time , I I’ll avoid it all cost this time.

I have been taking my vitamins religiously time time around.

I wish you the best of luck !

I found the mindful ivf app really helpful before my FET and during my 2ww. Worth a try if you've not already as it has daily meditations for the stage you're at 😊 xx

Good luck with the transfer Eram. I’ve suffered losses prev and currently 10wks preg from FET. Last wk my anxiety got the better of me & I was crippled with fear & panic attacks so started with counselling over the phone. I have only had 1 session so far but I feel so much better. It was like a corked bottle popping. Very emotional but made me realise I haven’t dealt with the trauma of previous losses & it was affecting me now. I have a knitter session tonight & excited for it. I would strongly recommend counselling if possible. I tried to avoid it previously but I think the only way to move forward is to deal with the past xxx

There's not much you can do but just stay positive and pray for a successful outcome. Constant over thinking and looking for symptoms will only drive you insane. I doubted it would work because i only got 3 eggs and my clinic did not have faith that it would be a positive outcome but all 3 made it to day 5 blastocyst and after doing pgs testing 2 were viable. We put it the 2 and im currently 15weeks pregnant. i felt like everything was working against us and after 2 miscarriages, 1 etopic pregnancy and having to get my cysts removed before I did the ivf i had so much doubts but i just prayed and in the end it all worked out. I must admit i did go on bedrest for a few days after the transfer and I ate warm soups, porridges, salmon, pineapple cores and walked around with socks on my feet for 2weeks. i had my warm socks on during my transfer LOL... now when i think about things I can't contain my laughter. i can't forget to mention i jumped off the bed after the transfer and my hubby and the nurses looked at me in disbelief LOL... i almost hit to the ground LOL... all the best hun. Will keep my fingers crossed for a sticky bean.

Hi, I am going for FET in June, having a trial tracking month at the moment and fully epxect to feel like you are in a few weeks, i think it must be natural. It's a very heightened process anyway, when you add in the postponed FET and what's happening right now I think everything can seem so much worse too, so I really hope you get some reassurance from the lovely ladies on here because they are all so wonderful in times of need.

Keep us updated, and if you need anything or someone to calm your nerves or at least relate a little to what you are going through, do not hesitate. Best of luck xx

Thanks everyone 🥰💕💕
