So tomorrow is my 7 week scan and I am feeling anxious tonight. I did one last pregnancy test this morning just to make sure the pregnancy was still showing before I go to my IVF clinic tomorrow for my scan.
My nausea has been awful the past week so I feel as if things are progressing but you never know what they will say tomorrow. I just wanted to write my feelings down really because I had no other way to express them except to my husband.

I think it's normal to be anxious before every scan, you are not alone. Fingers crossed for you it all goes well 🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾

Thinking of you tomorrow! I’m a day behind you and have my on Thursday and to reassure you I’m the same still peeing on the odd stick just to check and hoping my nausea tiredness and very sore boobs are continued good signs.

Yes I’m the same! Sore boobs also and tiredness. It’s just the nausea getting to me at times but I shouldn’t complain. Lemon sherbet sweets are helping a lot!lol xxx

Sorry you’re feeling so anxious, it’s totally normal but there doesn’t seem to be any indication that things aren’t progressing so try to stay positive. I’m sure everything will be fine tomorrow....x

Awwww I will do. I bought and read the IVF companion book, and the his and hers survival guide to IVF book. Both really good. The his and hers book was really good because each chapter is aimed at the woman then what the man is to expect going through the IVF process.xxx

Yeah doing well thanks, just got dates today to start my first natural FET this month as I’ve decided I’ve had enough of all the injections and tablets (and crazy that goes along with it) 😂. I guess we are all just taking things ones step at a time and trying to be as semi sane as we can be 😊 fingers and toes crossed for you xx
That’s what happened with me. I had medication and injections the first time which ended in miscarriage. This time (still on our first round) we had a natural cycle frozen embryo transfer and hopefully fingers crossed this is the one. So I have everything crossed for you that this is your time too xxx

Mine too...mines on Tues and so anxious...done 3 tests so far...2 in the same OTD...getting odd nausea and sore boobs...hoping all is fine...xx good luck girls

I think my boobs are sore lol... Its a real strange one... I was expecting them to constantly hurt.. But they just feel a bit tender if I touch them..I havnt had any other symptoms other than that.. . Is that normal xx
Have my 7 week scan tomorrow too , I’ve been doing a test most weeks since I found out and been suffering with sickness feeling symptoms and can’t stand the smell of things cooking so hope theses are all good signs but it’s so difficult coping with wait isn’t it , keep having visions of them doing the scan and saying actual your not pregnant - hope yours goes well x

Birmingham , mines at 9.30 today so at least it’s first thing we had 2 embryos put back so just hope at least 1 is doing ok I had ivf 12 months ago and got a false positive they called it a chemical pregnancy so that’s on my mind but keep telling myself I wouldn’t be feeling this crappy if something wasn’t happening in there x
Imagine if you had twins with having 2 embryos put back lol. I am in Liverpool. I wanted mine first thing in the morning too but my husband is coming with me and he can’t finish work until 12 so he needed time to get home then travel to our clinic which is 40 mins away in Liverpool city centre. I had a positive pregnancy test in November but it ended with bleeding and pain two weeks after my OTD.
This is my first round still with my clinic but my second IVF cycle. We had one frozen embryo transfer with a natural cycle no medication this time and our embryo was hatching early. I think our sickness is defo a good sign though. Do you know if your scan is tummy or vaginal? They never told me.x
The scan is vaginal ladies, they won’t be able to scan on abdomen until at least week 10 of pregnancy.
They didn’t tell me either but assume it will be internal as that seems to be what most people have , I have been taking pessaries since egg collection but not taken one today so hopefully 🤞I’ll be able to stop taking them if all ok - let me know how you get on x

Hey, all good just the one ! The other sac was empty , saw a heart beat too they still want me to take the pessaries until 12 weeks , it was an internal scan and even got a picture of it ! Absolutely amazing 💓 so re-assuring just to see it exists - good luck for yours x

I totally have this too!! I’m on 7 weeks on Friday and my scan is on Monday. I’m so anxious about it but am just trying to relax as much as I can. I’ve not had any nausea yet just extreme tiredness! Wishing you luck xx
