Left striking pain

My test for hcg was scheduled for the 10th of February ' because of some reasons, i have been unable to carry out this test. But i did a home pregnancy test on the 10th and i got 2 lines. Today i went for the hcg blood test and my results will be available tomorrow thursday. My worry is i have just experienced a starbing ache in the left side of my stomach which lasted 2 minutes. No bleeding . Should i be worried?

Firstly, congratulations on your test. Try not to worry too much about the pain, it could be wind or changes in your uterus. Mention it when you collect your tests results tomorrow and they will hopefully be able to advise and reassure you. I had sharp twinges and bleeding in my first pregnancy (ivf) and all was fine.
