I broke and tested a day early! I woke at half past 6 and thought I just need to do it. I spotted yesterday so got nervous and thought just put yourself out of your own misery.

I can’t believe it! My first positive in over 3 years of trying! My husband is being very cautious and doesn’t want me to get my hopes up too much. I’m grateful it’s a strong line.

I’ve done two tests and will call the clinic tomorrow.

A lot of people on here have given me reassurance when I’ve had doubts about spotting, side cramps etc. So thank you!

I did put a picture of the test but not sure that’s allowed as you see it before the sensitive warning ⚠️

Haha thank you so much!! I’m really happy and at the same time so apprehensive. But I just want to enjoy this.

I know I phone them once I’ve had my result. But not sure what happens then? I’m assuming I’ll go in for bloods? And I need more pessaries and progynova so I’ll have to. We do those until week 12 with the clinic in with.

How long after did you have to go in for beta? X

Well I had my BFP on Friday and because the clinic is in central London and I live about an hour and a half from the clinic I’ve decided to go in tomorrow since I’ll be going to work after. Yes I need more progynova and pessaries too 😃I’ll do a blood tomorrow (I also want to check the progesterone) and plan to do another one on Tuesday to check it’s doubled!

Fingers crossed we are on the right track! Tomorrow I’ll be 13dp5dt 😃so you’re one day ahead of me! Xxx

I had no idea I had posted this twice haha.

Of course you did, the days are all moulding into one! Can't wait to see what you're beta is tomorrow. I had spotting again just now, makes me so nervous. I was happy and then wiped and voila. Hopefully it is normal. I have had it on and off from day 5 so hopefully it isn't a miscarriage. Hated even writing that.

But i will be positive.

You need to start counting from day 1 of your last period- mine was 6 jan that makes me 5 weeks tomorrow...makes sense? Xxx

Congratulations!! As others have salreaty said, spotting is very common and usually nothing to worry about.

Let us know how your blood test goes, hopefully you’ll get some really great numbers! Xx
