Do most people get an implantation spotting?

Hi there. I'm 5 days post FET of 5 day blast and so I'm in the dreaded 2ww!!😱😱

Just wondering what people's experiences are with implantation spotting? Did you get it? Did you not? Did it correlate with BFP?

I've see so many posts on those currently in 2WW. I wish you all the very best xx

I can't actually comment on your question, but I'm 4 days passed 3 day FET and although I really want to b positive about it I also don't want to be in case its negative again! I know a lot of women go through a lot of rounds and I don't know how they hold it together each time. We're currently on our 3rd round, but first FET round, I've also had an endometrial scratch this time round, but absolutely no symptoms at all so far, apart from really REALLY tender boobs, but I think that could be the cyclogest and HRT I'm on.

I had some bleeding on day 8 which I think may have been an implantation bleed,it was pink and only lasted a couple of hours.

I have had some bleeding on my first transfer but can't remember what day I was on but sadly that ended in a MMC. I didn't get any bleeding at all last time,it was a BFP but ended in a chemical pregnancy xx

Thanks for replying! From what I've read there doesn't seem to be much correlation. I had spotting on day 7 on my 2nd FET...got BFP and the miscarried. No spotting on 1st and 3rd and they were negatives...

Let's see what anyone else comes back with!😉

Hi there, I’ve just found out that I’m pregnant and the implantation spotting was the thing that gave it away for me (now confirmed with a positive test!). I had really bad cramps in the middle of the night that woke me followed by spotting early that morning for the following 48hrs. I’ve been through the 2WW twice and wish you all the best. 😘 x

Weirdly our 2 IVF cycles failed and I’ve just fallen naturally this month 😳 totally shocked!!! I found out that I ovulate really early (CD9) then exactly 5 days later got cramps/spotting. X

I got a tiny bit of pale pink spotting 6dp 5dt. No other symptoms at all until well after my BFP. I’m now 29 weeks. Good luck to you xx

I'm 6dp5dt and I've had nothing yet again. I think I'm out again. I've also had Endo scratch this time. Apparently only a very low percentage of women get implantation bleeding. Like 8% or something.

My first ever trigger shot I had very sore nipples. Every subsequent trigger I've had no symptoms at all but I'm guessing if I was pregnant I'd had cramping or sore nipples again.

Hi! Actually I believe, in my case, the implantation bleeding was because of low progesterone levels. I had what I thought to be implantation bleeding twice. First one (FET in natural cycle without meds) over some days, and then a couple of hours of what I thought was period coming, then it stopped completely, got a BFP and then miscarried at about 5w2d. Second time I had the bleeding (same as first) I had less spotting/bleeding than the first time, but still I had some about a week after FET. That time I also had a stronger progesterone reaction from my naturally produced progesterone. Still I only reached a faint, faint line of a positive test, which had disappeared two days later, and period came the day before official test day (I had tested a little early due to symptoms). Now that I obtained a pregnancy (12w tomorrow - yey!) I did have progesterone supply and had just a tiny drop of pink a couple of times a day the days about the day of my expected period, and the same happened the day of my second non-coming period.

So girls, if you've been having what you've believed to be implantation bleeding, got your BFP and miscarried within a couple of weeks, demand having progesterone supply/higher dosage next round! I think it might be a correlation there, at least I believe that's been the case with me!
