24 weeks with TRIPLETS!

I do hope this post doesn’t upset anyone. As most of you know I have had a lot of heartbreak over the last four years. We have had many miscarriages and sadly lost two girls at 16 and 23 weeks!

I have been to scared to post anything until now but thought a little update might give others some hope.

I had a suture put in my cervix in March and we went back out to Cyprus end of May for our 6th round of IVF. Yes we had three eggs put back like last time, and hoped one would take. We have had complications and first we were told twins but a week later told three heart beats! We were totally shocked and scared. But we have got this far for now 24 weeks, I have been off work since June with bleeding and hoping they stay in a little longer.

It’s not been an easy pregnancy and we have a long way to go. But I am so grateful we are here and the babies are doing fine. I was 40 in August so I am being monitored closely!

I will update once they arrive!

Congratulations! I'm 29 weeks with twins... I also had a few losses in the past... During this pregnancy I also had a lot of episodes of spotting and bleeding and I'm also off work!

24 weeks is a huge milestone! Wishing you all the best for the rest of your pregnancy!
