Has anyone ever had Antagonistic protocol for ivf using cetrotide and gonal f?? If so was it successful??

Yes I had both of those during my protocol and merifert. I retrieved 20, 16 were mature, 13 fertilized, 9 made it to 5/6 day blast and 6 pgs normal. Just had a chemical of my best one though so it never ends! Good luck

Thanks for your reply. I'm starting this process hopefully end of September. I've had a cancelled cycle end of July using buserelin as didn't respond so hoping this will work instead.

I also found it pretty easy and only 10 days on stims. But it was my first with nothing to compare it to. Best of luck

Those are the meds I was on for my short protocol fresh cycle. I was 35 at the time, tubal infertility, average AMH, all other levels OK. 12 eggs collected, 10 mature, 8 fertilised, 2 made it to blast. Transferred one fresh at day 5, BFN. Other was frozen at day 6, transferred a couple of months later and currently 24 weeks pregnant. I found it a fairly gentle stims process, felt OK really, but perhaps just lucky because I know some people feel a bit crap on it. Only needed 11 days of stims so got off fairly lightly!

Good luck with your pregnancy hopefully I will respond well too when I start end of this month. This will be my final attempt at becoming a mum so I'm pinning all my hope and this process working.
