Elevated platelets during stimulation

Hi everyone,

I am going through my 3rd round of egg collection back to back, and today, my routine stimulation blood test showed a slightly evelated platelet count (462 where the normal range is 250-400). Did anybody experience this and know why clinics are testing for this?

I am worried I may be at risk of Thrombosis or cancer.
