First Monitoring Scan - Great results 👌🏻

Over the moon to find out today,right ovary showing 6 measurable follicles and left ovary showing 1 measurable.

I have been anxious all week as my last cycle only had 2 measurable follicles using Menopur.

This time with Gonal F stimming only 6 days and 3 days buserelin - well to get these results are like a dream come true.

Am 43 and was getting worried it was age factor as my consultant insists it’s nothing to do with the FSH drugs as they all do the same. I firmly believe I am proof that my body appears to respond better to gonal f. So glad we went ahead with this shot because it was touch and go.

Odd, mine said people respond differently to Gonal F than Menopur. Myself included. Got more, and higher quality eggs on Menopur.

I believe some women respond better to certain FSH drugs. In my experience I have a much better response to gonal f. Sounds like you have a much better response to Menopur. 😀

Thanks so much, didn’t even get to transfer last time due to only 1 egg collected so am beyond ecstatic 😀

I can imagine! My first cycle was a disaster. Good amount of eggs but none got to transfer stage. Next round (on different stims) I ended up with 8 high quality blasts - the first transferred became my daughter and next month hopefully going for a third FET to make a sibling. Hope you’ll get there too!
