Day 10 post 3 day embryo transfer

Hi all,

Today I did what I said I wouldn’t do and that was do an early test which came back BFN. I guess I was hoping for a faint line. I’ve had cramps in my uterus and the heavy feeling link my period is coming and was convinced AF was coming yesterday. I read people’s post who said they had the same and still got BFP so I then felt really hopeful. My OTD is Sunday but now I’m worried all hope as gone and Im back to square one!

Has anyone tested early and it changed on OTD?

Its awfully early to be testing after a 3 day embryo transfer. Some ladies dont even get a positive 10dp5dt. I didnt get a positive until 12dp5dt, I miscarried at 6 wks but know a few others that had late positives and have little ones. I dont want to get your hopes up but your defo not out until OTD. I knew it was slightly early and I wish I never did it now! Won’t test again till Sunday. (Easier said then some)

Thank you! That's the trouble with testing early but I just like to prepare myself for the worst even if it does mean I get a let down! Try to refrain from testing if you can as it can bring you down but hey I cant talk can I?! Ha ha ha xx

Hi there, it’s soo hard not to test early! I’ve had 4 transfers and have always tested on day 10 with a 3 day transfer. With both my bfp’s, I got a positive on day 10. When I’ve had bfn’s, unfortunately they’ve both stayed that way. Got my fingers crossed 🤞 for a positive for you on OTD 💕 xx

I’ve had really bad pains on day 7 and 9 and thought af was coming on day 9. Today my torso feels like I’ve done an intense work out.

I was told not to test until 12 days after a 5 day transfer. So should it be 14 days for you? If so you have another 4 days to go. They say the hormones double in levels by the day. So 🤞

Yes this is correct. I’m due to test on Sunday. It’s only as I’ve read so many people get a faint line in day 10 so now it has me worried that without anything it’s not going to improve. I’ve not tested today and will now wait till Sunday as I can’t deal with the torment.

Having really bad torso pain today tho. Think it must be the meds. It’s as if I’ve worked out at the gym and hurts to move really....

When is your test day?

Really is. Is it your first time? It is mine and I’ve found it a lot harder than I thought I would. I found all the drugs in the lead up to it a doddle, but since EC I’ve become a hormonal monster. I feel so sorry for my Partner he must think I’m a loon 😂

It's my first time too. I was the same the drugs were fine. It's the not knowing is the worst.

I'm feeling severe pain in pelvic area. It's my day 10 of embryo transfer. Is it normal?? Can anyone tell me. I m feeling as if my periods are going to come.

Hey Rubyred12, this is my 1st post. I'm on 8dp3d fresh embryo transfer. I had a BFn in 2018. This is my 2nd cycle but I'm having all the symptoms of AF as I had during the 1st. My period is due 02/11/2021 (this Thursday) and my blood test 02/12/2021 (this Friday). If I say I'm not worried I would be telling a lie but I'm trusting God for a miracle this time around.
