Anyone else feel exhausted and like all the life has gone out of them whilst on menopur? 😰

Yes, and the Buscelerin too. In fact the whole way through IVF I felt like I had been hit by a bus! Drink lots and try to do a little bit of exercise, as it might make you feel better (a little walk in the fresh air maybe).

I'm okay thank you for asking. Currently 5.5 weeks pregnant and keeping fingers and toes crossed for viability scan next week Is this your first round or have you been through it before? It's bleddy hard work! xx

I really hoping you would say this. Congratulations ❤️ My fingers and toes are crossed for u too. Yes our first round, have miscarried twice though over the space of 7 years!

I always knew it would be hard but didn’t expect it to be like this.. I was on clomid before this and has so many side effects that I was expecting to feel the same with this but it’s so different. Xx

I was permanently shattered on all the IVF drugs and had a constant raging thirst too! The progesterone support is pretty nasty stuff too. But we're made of strong stuff ay, and hopefully it will all be worth while When's your first scan? xx

We sure are. My friends say they don’t know why I bother but it’s easy for them to say when they conceive naturally easily 🙄 yes I really hope so. It’s on wed morning , can’t come quick enough xx

I felt like that as well. And I became obsessed with afternoon naps and I can't get rid of that habit not haha xxx

I feel like I’m the same at the moment. I seem to be on a lower dose compared to most people though xx

I was on a low dose as well just 75iu but had 75 of ovaleap as well and cetrotide/fyremadel on top of that. I was absolutely exhausted all the time. Xx

Wednesday at 12pm. Omg I just wanna fall asleep and wake up Wednesday morning hahaha. Im just praying now my 3 embabies survive till Wednesday! When is EC for you? Xx

I don’t know yet, I have a scan at 9am on Wednesday to see how my eggs are doing so hopefully they are doing ok xx

I felt exactly like that! Not to mention the hot flushes, bloating, mood swings, crying all the time! When you finish meds you will realise how much the hormones affect you, made me feel like I wasn’t even in my own body some days. Hope you feel better soon, make sure you get plenty of rest and listen to your body x

Yes!!! I had it all last night, hardly slept and then today I’m exhausted 🤷‍♀️ Definitely listening to my body, going to work less hours this week. Thank you xx

Hi, I was on menopur for my first cycle and I felt shattered all the time. I got afternoon naps when I could and even went to bed earlier. Take rest when you can xx

Yes! I came here looking to see if other women were having the same experience. I have to budget times to rest and my mind is foggy.
