OTD tomorrow. If negative when would period come?

Hi. I’m just mentally preparing myself for my OTD tomorrow.

If I get a negative when would my period arrive? I had a regular 28 cycle before IVF. Does anyone know how it works? Would it come when I stop taking the progesterone?

Hi

I've had a couple of failed cycles and my period usually came a couple of days after I stopped the progesterone. I can also take a few months for your periods to get back to your usual cycle.

Uusally the bleeding starts a few days after you stop progesterone but it can take longer, unfortuately we are all different and it can be longer or short timescales to start bleeding. You may also find that you dont fall back into a regular cycle for a couple of months. Good luck for OTD.xx

I had a similar experience to the previous ladies : 2-3 days after stopping meds my period showed up.

It took me 5 days after stopping the medication to get my period. I remember I was told it might take up to 7 days. 🤞🏻🤞🏻it’s good news tomorrow 🍀 xx

Could I ask a question please, my otd was yesterday I got bfn but the nurse said to keep taking meds and take a test after 2-3 days.. my question is when should I stop taking pills?my guess is after that few days 🤔 in my 1st failed round I got it day before otd so I m a bit confused.
