Embryo now on board

Our little embryo is now on board ☺️ Thankfully I didn’t need to be sedated and it was all straight forward. Went for acupuncture before & after which was nice & relaxing.

Our embryo is below average grade. This news has really affected me and I feel a bit sad. It had divided to 8 cells so I guess that is good news. Trying to be positive but struggling a little...... I know I should be happy but don’t want to get my hopes up. It’s such a strange mix of emotions. Xx

Well done! I know it's hard but 8 cells is perfect and at the end of the day....they just don't know which ones will do good so hang on in there! Rest up and take it easy....welcome to the crazy 2ww!! Good luck!!🤞xx

Well done! Try not to worry about embryo quality, lots of clinics don't even bother with grading anymore because there is more and more evidence that it doesn't actually have much of an impact on success. Everything crossed for you - try to have a healthy and relaxed 2ww but I do recommend keeping busy, it keeps the madness at bay for the most part! X

Great news 😊my clinic have never once mentioned grade of embryo to me,I can't really see the benefit myself, if it's good enough to transfer then there is every chance, really hope this is ur time xox

Thanks, I’m sure it doesn’t really matter too much. I’m a scientist so have a huge tendency to want all the detail. I specifically ask them about the grading. sometimes more info is not always better! Xx

as others have said, try not to think too much about the quality of the embies. we were told the same thing (we had a high quality one and it didn't stick) Just keep your fingers crossed, stay relaxed, positive, plenty of rest, eat well etc. Sending you lots of luck and hope you get a BFP at the end xx

Well done Jengi, I think the most important thing in this process is to keep positive and I know sometimes is hard but you have a little embryo on board which is great hopefully is your miracle baby.

I also have one embryo on board and I also went to acupuncture the day or the transfer and then the next day. Hopefully this are our miracle babies. Let’s keep positive to have our BFP xxxx
