To all the ladies that have got their BFP congratulations. Wishing you the best with your pregnancy & hope it goes smoothly❤️ I know the early weeks are tough going, one day at a time but you will get through them & will be worth it ❤️
I can’t believe how different things were a year ago for me; endo symptoms had returned (after my chemical pregnancy last year), I saw a gynaecologist in January & had my second laparoscopy in March. My endometriosis was so bad it shocked my fertility doctor & he referred me to a endometriosis specialist one of his colleagues. I saw the endometriosis specialist in April & he agreed to another laparoscopy. Initially I was told it was a minimum of 8 months waiting list, my trying was on hold because I knew my endometriosis would make conceiving impossible. My symptoms worsened so my GP wrote to my surgeon & my fertility doctor insisted I needed to be seen earlier. I had my third laparoscopy in July which was pretty extensive. I fell the second cycle of trying after my last surgery. I am 18 weeks after TTC 7 years & 1 month and 3 surgeries within 13 months. I feel so incredibly lucky. We both do. I never imagined us ever getting our happy ending we’d almost given up any hope of it happening.
My mum told me she told her neighbour of our journey & she cried! Her son & daughter in law were also experiencing difficulties trying for baby no 2 , they’d been TTC for 6 years & suffered 2 losses & are expecting too ❤️about 2 weeks after we are due ❤️ And then I learnt my late Grandpas partner son who had testicular cancer as a child told they’d never conceive & they are expecting in March.❤️
My mum called it the year of miracle babies & I love that❤️ I thought where else better to use that statement than here ✨❤️ So here’s to wishing everyone here their miracle babies next year ✨❤️

We are due our miracle baby almost a full 7 years since we started TTC; 4 cycles of IVF and 3 miscarriages later. This time last year I was recovering from laparoscopy to remove Endo. Now here I am 37+2 pregnant with talk of induction in a week’s time! In no time at all our much longed for and beloved baby will be here. 🧡

What a lovely post Jess, the past 2 years have been particularly tough this time of year for me after suffering mmc, never did I dream I’d be entering 2019 22 weeks pregnant. I think you’re right about miracle babies ❤️

It's just that you had been trying for so long and kept getting disappointed which is why I said you well and truly deserved it after you had struggled for so long and it's great to see someone who's struggled for a long time succeed.
I'm fine and have just received a pay rise which was hard won as well after loads of setbacks and struggles!
Your post really made me happy. I am glad that things worked for you. I guess its all about just not giving up. I myself am going to give IVF another try. Really hoping that it works for us. I have opted for the guarantee program that the clinic offers. In case if this IVF doesn't work they will try something else then. Good luck to you.
