A little bit of hope after what has been a tough day.

This morning I got some pretty bad news, after a short battle with cancer my cousin sadly passed away at the age of 42. She has left behind 5 children, the youngest is 3 years old. My heart has broken for all of them.

I then had to face my review appointment with my consultant. I totally expected bad news but he was pretty optimistic about our next fresh round.

Good news is that my eggs are still good but recommended I lose some weight. This filled me with hope.

Hubby will be joining me on the diet too and we both need extra vitamins. But that's about it.

He also said that we should maybe have 2 embryos transferred. Hubby's not so sure about that but if it increases our chances of having a baby then I'm willing to do it.

If I have learned anything from today it is that I am going to fight for my happy ending, life is precious.

Sorry for the loss of your cousin how tragic but you are right life is very precious and we need to make the most of everything we can hoping that you will have success in your dream for a baby soon x

Oh wow. How so very sad. Hope you are ok. You are having such a hard time and yet through it all you are still managing to somehow stay positive. Wishing you all the best with your diets (much more controllable when both do it) and then hope for your bfp once you progress xx
