Hi. I did IVF. 12 days post transfer my blood pregnancy test is negative and today I have spotting bright blood. Is the period?

Hi Amna2018. I think that as you have a negative blood test and now some spotting, it does seem as if this time it hasn't worked. Hope you have plenty of support around you just now. Diane

Im really sorry to hear about your bfn! This is likely to be your period/withdrawal bleed especially if you have stopped your medication!xx
