I can't believe it just got a call from the embryologist we have not 1 but 2 day 6 frozen embryos!! I cannot believe it! I am so ecstatic!! One is rated a 4bb and the other a 5bb!! So im just floored am so happy have never had any to freeze!!! 😁😁😁😍😍😍

Anyone have success stories with day 6 embryos? I know the stats aren't as good as a day 5 but like the embryologist said we wouldn't freeze any embryos we didn't think had a chance 😁😁

From what I’ve read, using day six blasts fresh is less successful because they are out of sync with the womb lining but when used frozen this problem is negated and they often act exactly like day five blasts. So I think I would be celebrating if I were you x

I'm off to work today and feeling really negative so I have go find my own positive pants. I woke up feeling like I was over heating which I usually get before my period 😢 I know i have over a week to go but I'm just not feeling positive xx

Oh hun that's normal we all have our down days. This 2ww is so horrible I know, back and forth, up and down we experience every emotion 20 times a day 😟 funny you say that as I woke up this morning in a slight sweat hopefully it's normal but I'm always afraid of over heating (I like to be warm) but yes you definately need to go put some positive pants on, go take those negative ones off now please 😁😁😘😘 xxx

I'm getting in the shower so yes the new positive ones will be on very soon! Its ridiculous I know to over think things maybe it's just my allergy to going back to work today after a few nice relaxing days in my pjs x nearly the weekend x

Yes go wash that negativity away and put those negative pants in the wash! 😉 yes going back to work must be depressing but might be helping with the crazies. I'm still actually doing ok I think knowing now I have 2 more chances in the freezer has took the pressure off a bit. Cause this was it for us. But give me a couple days and bet I'll be putting on my negative pants at some stage, unfortunately we go through these up and down feelings during the 2ww...its torture I know 😣 now enjoy your shower and your fresh positive pants and go watch a funny movie if ya can, distract yourself and make you smile 😁😁😉😉😘xxx

Unfortunately no funny film yet....work first....I only have to teach 2 lessons today so I can hide in my office for the rest of the day so it's not too bad. But a funny film will be on the menu tonight after work. I bet go pack my pineapple (with the core 😂😖) to take with me xx

This is brilliant news Niki!! What an absolute bonus when you though it was unlikely that you would have any to freeze! Ive heard of success with 6 day embryos. Remember they only freeze good embryos that they think are good enough to survive the defrost so all sounding great!! Well done!!xxx
