How many cycles before you were blessed with a baby?

Seems to be a real mixed bag on here of what number of cycle people are on... Im currently waiting to start my first ICSI (if all goes well with sperm retrieval)

And was curious as to how many cycles it took each of us before we had a little baby.. or prehaps what cycle were currently on and still waiting for a miracle?

Still working on it 😉😁 on my second round of ICSI first failed cycle in april this year. About to take my trigger shot in 2 hours then egg collection in 36 hours. Cant wait to get these eggs out of me I feel like I'm gonna burst! All the best for your cycle and Wish you lots and lots of baby dust!! Xxx

Hi I was extremely lucky for it to work on my second round of icsi . I have a 10 week old baby now . I wish and pray for you to get success on this round . Keep the hope as I felt like it would never work. I felt a tiny bit more relaxed on the second round . A lovely lady at my clinic said after the embryo was implanted to go home and watch your most favourite and funny tv programme or film and try and laugh as much as possible . Which I did ! Don’t know if that helped . Good luck to you xxx

That is a great idea! I heard that laughing alot is really good for implantation. That's exactly what I'm going to do get a good funny film or 3 ready for transfer day and try and laugh as much as I can! 😂🤣🤣😘😘😘

I’ve done two fresh cycles and three frozen, but no baby yet. Although we did have two bfps we lost them. I since found out I have a blood clotting disorder. I hope you get your wish quickly xx

I am sorry for this darling girl. You need heparin injections every day on your next pregnancy and monthly checkups with the haematologist to check the ddmers abd you will be alright. Keeping my fibgers crossed for you xx

Thank you. Yes I’ve been injecting blood thinners on my last two transfers but sadly they were bfns. Hopefully we’ll get there.. 🤞🏻 xx

I’ve had 5 transfers (7 embryos transferred) 2 BFPs from fresh cycles both ending in mmc, 2 unsuccessful medicated FETs and recently got a BFP from a natural FET. Lots of luck to you x

I did 4 rounds with my eggs - 1st time cycle was cancelled before egg collection. 2nd round BFP but miscarried at 7 weeks, 2 cycles BFN. Nearly 13 weeks with 1st donor cycle.

We think so. I’m 42 so its the most likely and we have unexplained infertility.

I've had 3 cycles 2 with my own eggs and then one with donor eggs now 37 weeks pregnant. Double transfer each time having a singleton hopefully in the next 2 to 3 weeks. Good luck x

I was extremely lucky to fall pregnant on my first round where they did both IVF and ICSI. The embryo used was from the ICSI batch and I'm now 26 weeks. We did have 3 rounds of unmedicated IUI last year which didn't work.

2 fresh ICSI cycles only 1 transfer both cycles failed and never any over to freeze 😥. 3rd round next month in Cyprus a tandem cycle this time. If mine fail a 3rd time im praying the donors will work! Shes 24 so fingers crossed! X
