Yesterday was our embryos transfer. Two on board, both strong and everything went smoothly. I woke up this morning with cramps that don’t seem to be going anywhere. I keep trying to tell myself it’s probably left over from EC or something to do with progesterone. I know it’s too early for implementation and I really want to just enjoy the pupo bubble but my mind is f**ked already! Any two week tips? Or any idea what cramps could be? This will be a LONG two weeks!

The progesterone can cause a whole host of side effects so try not to worry too much....easier said than done I know! Also you ovaries will still be settling down from egg collection so cramping is to be expected. Best of luck for the 2ww, its an extremely hard wait....try to keep busy!xx

I think I’m going to have to make a list of things I need to do. So far cleaning and laundry ain’t cutting it!
Dont be doing too much cleaning or heavy lifting....take it easy! Settle down to a good boxset if you're not at work or get yourself out for a nice walk in the fresh air, clear the cobwebs away!!xx

I think your suspicions about what the cramps are, are spot on. Don’t worry. It’s far too early to be anything sinister. Get yourself out of the house, get some fresh air, take in some scenery and keep the blood flowing gently. Good luck. You can do this! xx
Thanks! Unfortunately I live in the Middle East and it’s currently about 45 degrees outside so I’m stuck inside on the couch. Really wish I’d booked a trip home for the 2ww now! X
Ooh 45 degrees sounds insufferable. Get a good book or some dvds or box sets.. Hope you have air con xx
