OTD tomorrow, cramping but not sign of AF

So after my first cycle I have my OTD tomorrow and have to go into the clinic for a blood test. Think the wait for the phone call will be the worst.ive managed to avoid doing anyone pregnancy tests too! Dont feel any different so Im presuming it's going to be a bfn but we will see. Anyone else in similar position?

As long as you don't get any sign of AF you can stay hopeful... mild to average intensity cramps are pretty common for early pregnancy and sometimes even throughout. Wish you luck for your OTD tomorrow! Will look forward to your update

Ok so in a bit of shock as just got a BFP! I feel like I should be over the moon but also feel like can't really believe it til the scan in 3 weeks! Thanks for all the positive vibes everyone! Good luck to you all too! X
