Has anybody experienced this and gone on to have BFP or is it jus AF on the way? I noticed a bit last night in my knickers (nothing when I wiped) but then this morning the normal pessarie leakage I get in my knickers was also a bit of a brown colour. Sorry I know this post is a bit gross (hope I haven’t put anybody off their breakfast) but just looking for a bit of reassurance I guess 😐 xx

I used to get brown blood a lot and use to see it as a good thing as it is old blood not new which would be red. It little brown blood could be associated with pregnancy but for me it sleaysbjudt means my period is coming . Good luck 🍀

Hi! I had brown discharge for 3 days from 3rd day until 6th along with cramps i got BFP today. Goodluck!

Also this is my third go of IVF never had spotting before and never had BFP either so its a good sign! Xxx

Thank you. I’m just a bit worried as it’s quite late for implantation bleeding but I guess it could be old. Trying to be positive though, as it’s my second go and I didn’t have this last time. X

Hey there, I too had blood but it was more of a red colour (only when I wiped) I got a BFP last Friday so it can be a good sign. Fingers crossed xx

My partner had this for a couple of weeks on & off, & she is now 16+3! 👍🏼

Our clinic told us it was very common, & just to carry on as normal unless it gets red & heavy, then contact them again.) She did actually end up passing a large red blood clot at about 6 weeks, so we went to our early pregnancy unit for a scan. All was ok, & they couldn’t explain what the bleed was, & that some women just bleed when pregnant with no explanation. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Just keep an eye on it, & fingers crossed you’ll still get your BFP!! 🤞🏼🍀

Thank you. It’s seems to have gone now so hoping nothing to worry about. I don’t have it on my last failed cycle so hoping it’s a good sign. Congratulations to you and your partner and thank you for taking time to reply! (I’m driving myself nuts during this 2ww)

Yes, fingers crossed it was implantation bleeding. 😊 & it’s the longest & most stressful 2 weeks ever! When is OTD? xx

I had this with my second IVF attempt, the doctor was not concerned as it was implantation bleeding. Mine lasted almost a week and I ended up with a BFP (unfortunately I miscarried at 7 weeks).
