Hi ladies, anybody had intralipids in their cycle after an ivf miscarriage? How was it for you? I asked the dr the question will you do anything different in the second go for frozen transfer and he said he will try intralipids. More money and prob more side effects but don't really know much about it other than googling online, so thought I would ask on the forum, I guess I am worried it will cause me more physical pain xx

Intralipids - anybody tried this?
I have a serious needle phobia and was dreading having my intralipid iv inserted but it was absolutely fine. The infusion took about 1 1/2 hrs to complete (they advise it could take up to 3hrs) and I had no adverse effects afterwards. Just make sure you drink plenty of water before and during and take a good book to read to pass the time away.
I had it in Cyprus following transfer I laid down for about two hours and it was fine no side effects. I have history of miscarriage at 4/5 weeks but I’m currently 8 weeks 🙏 good luck to you xxx
I've had intralipids this time. It was just a quick infusion drip of milky like fluid and didn't make me sick or anything. I'm not sure if I'm the best person to watch to see if it helps me as I've never been pregnant but that's the reason I've had it.xx
