Partners and overnight stay?

Going in for an evening app 5pm the following Monday. I was wandering if private hospitals allow partners to stay overnight? I have an ensuite room at Spire Bristol... they're not open until Monday and a bit eager to know now lol ❤️ Do places even offer this!? Is private a bit more understanding? I have no clue so a little more info would be great as the site has nooothing about it.

I only ask because when I've gone under general - I've woken up in a horrible pit of tears wanting someone... that was just for a BC (Bartholin Cyst).... this one by the way is for key hole xxx
