We may do our IVF abroad and the clinic is asking for a Karyotype test, even though we never had unexplained miscarriages or my partner has no azoospermia or any other sperm issue (that should be the NHS criteria for a referral, to the best of our understanding).
Has anyone had it done not as part of an IVF cycle? Was it on the NHS? Do you know if it can be done privately in the UK? How?
Thanks a lot!

Hi MofM. Have a look at the NHS Choices website for fertility testing, some good advice there. Good luck with whatever you decide and when you go abroad. Diane
