Hi Emmyeve. That’s iron. You need Folic Acid daily before and until 12/40wks pregnant. Diane

Ferrous Fumarate is iron supplements to boost blood count does not prevent neural tube defects. You need to take Folic Acid pre conception and up to 12 weeks pregnant. Good luck
