7 week Scan photo *warning*

Hi ladies,

Just wanted to update some of you. Had our 7 week scan today, all went perfectly (apart from them finding a new cist on my ovaries which apparently is nothing to be concerned about) Baby has a very strong heart beat and we are due 1st of Jan. Still can't believe it.

I wanted to thank you all. I may not have posted much but I have been reading all the posts intently and it's helped a lot through this process.

Aww that's amazing. How are you feeling?

Apparently I have cysts too, but she said something about them being leutal cysts I think and that actually it was good cos it was something to do with progesterone being released and something to do with the follicles. I'm so rubbish at listening and retaining information haha. But she basically said it wasn't a bad thing and they will disappear.

I'm due the day before, so we'll hopefully be reaching the milestones together 😘 xxx

I'm feeling ok. Bit of nausea most days but nothing too bad yet as long as I eat every few hours.

She was explaining the cists during the scan and I was a bit over whelmed at the time. Luckily my husband was listening properly.

First mid wife appointment isn't until week 12, was hoping for a bit earlier but we got the scan at the same time. Can't wait to get to that point now

Yeh I feel queasy a lot and the only thing that stops it for a bit is eating!! I am eating so much lol. I have a midwife appointment next weds at my doctors and I'm so afraid that she will weigh me and tell me I'm getting too fat haha. I don't have another scan date yet, I'm hoping I don't have to wait too long. But already planning on doing a private one because I'm too impatient lol. 😂

Yeah we're talking about paying for another in 2 or 3 weeks too. For £35 I think it may be worth it to put my mind at rest. X

£35 that's cheap lol. I can only find one place that does it in my city and its £89.. I feel ripped off lol xx

Congratulations!!! I will be having my 7 week scan on Monday! Hoping for a good report after that, my due date will be January 7th! So we are right in the same baby timeline! Congrats again. It's such a miracle!
