Another chemical pregnancy one day after BPF 💔💔💔

I can't believe I am writing this, was so much more positive this time. Got my blood results today, hcg was 100, Dr said this was good anything over 50 is good. Started bleeding literally half an hour before I got those results, cud barely speak to the Dr on phone with crying. She just said to rest for next 24hrs an hope for best. But no it's not stopping and last time I went to toilet like a jelly lump, what is this does anyone know, I know I'm out now but could that b the wee embryo or am I being stupid? So heartbroken, that was our first private round,after a cp on our Nhs round, no frozen embryos from any of those. Just don't know how many more we can afford. Didn't think chances of a second cp would have been high, how stupid was I. 💔💔💔😓😓😓

Are you sure it’s definitely over? I have been bleeding pretty much since I got my BFP. I don’t want to give you false hope but try to stay positive until you know for sure that it’s over. Are they going to retest your hcg xxx

Yeah retesting on Monday but like iv been bleeding since 4, just wen I wipe but twice there was like a jelly clot aswell. I still took my pessary tonight but really I'd be very shocked if I'm still pregnant unfort

Keep taking any medications you have been given. I had a massive bleed a couple Monday’s ago then it turned to brown spotting only when I wiped and then on the Wednesday I was on the toilet with it pouring out of me - it turned to dark red/brown after that only when I wiped. We went to the epu last Friday and I had a scan and to my surprise everything was ok we saw the heartbeat- I was convinced it was over. I was diagnosed with sub chorionic bleed. Lots of women bleed during early pregnancy there is so much going on, please keep positive xxxx

No, I had no clots. More stringy with brown blood. The red bleeds were watery. How is the bleeding this morning? X

I'm not sure there was 2 like jelly clots and alot of tissue ( I had been getting the tissue discharge from prob the 2week of 2ww) still there wen I wipe but it brown now and not as much.

Thank u, I think it's the fact I have no frozen embryos and have to start from scratch again which is making it harder to deal with.

You’re not stupid at all.

I’m really sorry you’re going through this again ifs cruel beyond belief.

My fertility doctor said I was just unlucky to have a chemical pregnancy and most women don’t lose a pregnancy, so from a medical perspective you are not stupid. Also he said if I was to lose another pregnancy he would run miscarriage tests- he thinks it’s too cruel make women lose 3 pregnancies in a row. I think when you are feeling a bit stronger ask about miscarriage investigations should the worse happen.

Waiting it out is hideous.

I don’t think at this early point you’d see an embryo- it’s too small to the naked eye. I think it comes away with blood clots. Maybe the jelly was discharge.

Unfortunately time will tell, but your blood test looks promising. Really hope everything is ok with your beam- women can bleed in early pregnancy and baby is fine. Most pregnancy bleeding doesn’t lead / cause miscarriage.

Oh no, how horribly heartbreaking for you. I had my second CP in a row too in Jan 💔. I’m sure that your next time (when you’re ready) you’ll get your BFP & it will stick! In the meantime I hope you have lots of support and hugs... keep that chin up xx

I'm so sorry you're going through this. Don't give up hope though, your blood tests are encouraging, and it doesn't sound like you've bled a lot - even filling a pad every 2 hours is still only classed as light bleeding.

I've read of women having bleeding and clots, and all has been well. There are so many reasons for bleeding, and think of all your body has gone through - that alone could cause a bleed. I've bled on and off for 2 weeks (I'll be 11 weeks tomorrow), but have had 2 scans and all is fine. Have you had any pain? It could be an implantation bleed? xx

Not loads of bleeding but pretty constant since 4pm yesterday, alot of clotty tissue today so I really believe it's over. DoD a test an the line is alot fainter than the one on Thursday. Congrats on ur pregnancy xx
