The end of our first ICSI

After 5 days of heavy bleeding, I took the test this morning and as expected it was a BFN. I had been dreading taking the test as I knew what the result was gonna be but there was always that glimmer of hope that a miracle would happen. I guess miracles just don't happen to us and that was the end of our only NHS funded cycle. I haven't cried this morning...just feel numb. I had been crying so much since the start of the bleeding and I guess now I just feel tired of crying. We're gonna start doing our research on other clinics out there. We will have more options now we're going private. Wish us luck xxx

Sorry to hear that Harriet! I know how you feel bleeding - I had the bleeding before 2 of my test days too. Sending hugs, you're right you defo have more options now going private and although the NHS is great, its not a patch on private treatment!xx

Don’t give up! Rest, regroup, rethink and start 2018 ready to start again! There are options to consider, different routes, etc ... take it from a person that has had her fair share of disappointment... you will find the strength! 🤗

Good luck. We’re in a similar situation. Just on our 2ww but I have my doubts as the blastocysts weren’t great quality. Keep hopeful. It can still happen.
