Crinone gel 🤯

Please can anyone tell me where they buy their crinone gel from?

I’ve always got mine from my clinic as it’s been covered in the IVF cycle but this time they’ve given me a prescription to buy it (which is fine) but the TEN chemists I’ve tried can’t order it in and I need it for Sunday 😩

Thank you, yeah I’ve tried them and tried online but because of new year they can’t do next day delivery so it’s 5-10 days xx

Hi lovely, could you contact your clinic tomorrow and explain that you're having difficulties in obtaining it on prescription? Maybe they could order it for you? Xxx

I asked them today but they said there was nothing they could do because it’s not an IVF cycle but maybe if I explain tomorrow how many places I’ve tried they’ll give me some 🤞xx

I think it's worth highlighting how many you have tried. At least they may be able to point you in the right direction on where to obtain it if they can't give it to you, especially if you need it soon xxx

Definitely going to give it a try especially as they told me any chemist will stock it yet the wholesalers don’t even have it in stock. Nothings every straight forward is it 😣 xx

No, nothing is straight forward is it!?! Itbdoes seem infair on you that you are having to do all the running around trying to source it. This journey is hard enough without all these hiccups. Definitely highlight the difficulties you've had and hopefully they can source some for you xxx

Let us know how you get on tomorrow. Hope it goes well for you. I'm fine thank you lovely, all things considered. Never have I wanted AF to hurry up so much so I can start the next round. Just a little anxious about what happens if I overstimulate on 25 mg as not sure what happens then?? I forgot to ask my doctor. I think i'm someone who needs to know the ins and outs of what's going on as otherwise I do tend to worry about things if I don't fully understand xxx

It’s always the way isn’t it when you want her to arrive she takes forever! I get that, I’m exactly the same about wanting to know everything even the just incase bits lol I’m not exactly sure but I think 25mg is the lowest so if you over stimulate they would probably have to try something else. I never responded to clomid so haven’t got much experience of over stimulation through it, sorry xx

I know lol. She either shows up at the most inconvenient of times or takes forever when you want her to make an appearance! I think you're right, it is the lowest dose. I'm still so green to all of this, my brain keeps thinking of all sorts of questions, silly I know. Thanks so much for your advice and I do hope you get on ok tomorrow xxx

My clinic uses a company called fertility 2 U. The clinic sends them my script, then the company rings me and I pay for it over the phone with my debit card. The script is delivered to my clinic but I think you can also have it delivered to your home address too. Don’t know if this is worth a try

My clinic uses healthcare online for drug delivery, don’t know if that’s any help.

If you can’t get it, maybe ask your clinic or a pharmacist whether there is another brand with the same active ingredient that you can get... it might just be our of stock at the manufacturers but lots of drugs are sold under more than one brand name. Good luck with your search!

Did you try Stork? That is where my clinic tell me to get my drugs from. [e-mail] - if you have a prescription they get a doctor to check then I think you can get next day delivery. Good luck xx

I'm guessing you've already tried Asda? Pharmacy at high Wycombe Asda are great. Otherwise another vote for fertility2u who had one item a lot cheaper. Good luck.

Hey, I am a fertility nurse in london and your clinic should be getting those drugs for you as most chemists don’t stock fertility drugs... If you still haven’t had any luck, try John Bell & Croyden, they are in London but normally stock a lot of drugs, it’s who I use when I have run out of anything!

Thank you all, I spoke to my clinic and they’ve done me a new prescription for cyclogest which ASDA are able to order in for later today. Phew xx

Cyclogest works much better then crinone gel!
